The first reminder goes up to 7 days before the due date. If the dose is still not recorded, a weekly nudge follows while it stays overdue, never more than once a week.
Recall list
The Vaccines due page filters due, overdue, this week, sent and confirmed, so reception calls only the owners who have not replied.

How does a reminder reach the owner?
Dose recorded
The vet records the vaccine, brand and batch on the chart. Pet Clinic Software calculates the next due date from your schedule; issue a fresh QR certificate when you need one.
Reminder queued
Up to seven days before the due date the owner is added to the 9 AM send, grouped with any other pets in the household.
Owner confirms
The owner replies YES. The reminder is marked confirmed and reception books the slot in the appointment book.
Visit and repeat
At the visit the next dose is recorded and the cycle starts again. Owners who do not reply move to the overdue list.
