Labs, payments and WhatsApp integrations for Indian vets
The connections an Indian clinic actually uses: lab orders and results into the chart, analyser files, UPI payments, WhatsApp and SMS, and an open REST API with data export. Each one says plainly whether it is live, sandbox or a file import.

Sandbox means the feature works end to end inside Pet Clinic Software and is clearly labelled, but nothing leaves our servers until the clinic's own credentials are added.
How do lab results reach the chart?
Order on the chart
Pick the lab partner, tick "send now". The order gets a reference like PD-9C9E5E00 and a printable requisition with QR.
Results come back
Partner labs post results to your signed webhook; analysers export a file you import. Values land with units, ranges and H/L flags.
Share with the owner
One tap shows the result on the owner's pet page and tells them on WhatsApp in their language.

Global suites list far more connectors: ezyVet says 100+ IDEXX-certified partner integrations, Provet 150+, Covetrus Pulse 250+ and Digitail 40+ plus an open API. Frequently asked questions
Can Pet Clinic Software connect to my lab analyser?
Yes, through a file import: export the result file from the analyser (CSV or HL7 v2 with OBX lines) and import it on the order, and every value is stored with units, reference ranges and H/L flags. Direct cable or serial connections to analysers are not offered.
What does sandbox mode mean?
The integration works end to end inside the app and is clearly labelled, but nothing is sent outside until your own credentials (lab API key, WhatsApp templates, DLT registration) are added. In sandbox you can simulate a lab result to test the flow.
Do you take card payments?
Not as an online checkout. Owners pay to the clinic's own UPI ID from the pay link or at the counter by UPI, card or cash, and reception records it. A gateway webhook can mark bills paid automatically once the clinic has a gateway account.
Is there an API?
Yes. Every plan includes a REST API with per-clinic keys for owners, pets, vaccines, appointments, admissions and invoices, plus signed webhooks for lab results, payments and WhatsApp replies.
