What does the AI scribe do?
SOAP from voice or notes
Dictate in en-IN, ta-IN or hi-IN, or paste rough notes. The draft fills Subjective, Objective, Assessment, Plan, temperature, pulse, respiration, weight and follow-up, and lists anything to double-check.
Owner summary on WhatsApp
A warm, plain summary of today's visit in the owner's language (English, Tamil or Hindi), written only from the saved note and prescriptions. You edit, tick "reviewed" and send.
Discharge instructions
Medicines exactly as prescribed, feeding, rest, wound care and "call us at once if" signs, drafted for the owner after admissions and surgery.
History in 30 seconds
Before a consult, get problems, medicines, overdue vaccines and things to watch from the last visits, labs and weights.
Templates when AI is off
Species and complaint templates for dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, reptiles, cattle, goats and horses work without AI.
Ask your data
Ask "which vaccines are most overdue?" and the AI picks one of 14 fixed reports and explains the totals. It never sees owner names or phone numbers.
How is clinical and owner data protected?
AI is off until an admin switches it on for the clinic in Settings, with a note that clinical text will be sent to the AI provider to produce a draft. Prompts carry the clinical notes and the pet's species, breed, age and weight, never the owner's name or phone number. Only usage counts are logged, not the prompt or the answer, and each clinic has a daily cap.
Every AI output is stored as a draft and marked as such on screen. A SOAP draft only becomes a note when the vet saves the form; an owner summary is only sent after the vet ticks that they reviewed it, and the chart keeps whether the vet edited the AI text. Frequently asked questions
Can I dictate in Tamil or Hindi?
Yes. Choose Tamil or Hindi as your speaking language and dictate, or mix English drug names into Tamil or Hindi sentences as most vets do. The SOAP note is drafted in clinical English; owner summaries are written in the owner's language.
Does the AI write prescriptions or doses?
No. It keeps drug names and doses exactly as you said them and is told never to add drugs, doses or diagnoses. Doses are still calculated and checked in the dose calculator, and the vet verifies every one.
Is the AI scribe free?
During the beta it is included in every plan within a fair-use limit of 300 AI requests a day per clinic. After the beta it becomes a paid add-on; the price will be published at least 30 days before any charge.
Which browsers support voice dictation?
Chrome and Edge on Android, Windows and Mac support the browser speech recognition the scribe uses. On other browsers you can type or paste notes and still get the AI draft.
