Do I need a contract for Pet Clinic Software?
No. Pet Clinic Software plans run month to month. Cancel from Billing settings and your plan ends at the close of the billing month; your data stays exportable as CSV for 30 days after that. Yearly plans are refundable in full within 30 days of the first payment.
Which Pet Clinic Software plan do I need?
A single-vet clinic without in-patients is fine on Clinic at ₹1,499. If you admit animals, run a pharmacy counter or board pets, pick Hospital at ₹2,999 for up to three vets. Chain at ₹5,999 is for two or more branches or any practice that does farm visits.
What do WhatsApp vaccine reminders cost?
About ₹0.13 per WhatsApp utility message and ₹0.18 per SMS on a DLT route, billed at cost from a prepaid wallet through Appointment Reminder App. A clinic sending 600 reminders a month spends roughly ₹80 on WhatsApp. Pet Clinic Software adds no markup on message credits.
Do you train my staff?
Yes. Every Pet Clinic Software plan includes a free onboarding call in English, Tamil or Hindi; short how-to videos are being recorded. Hospital plans get WhatsApp support with a named person, and Chain plans get a dedicated success manager who helps set up branches and the Farm-vet module.
Is GST included in the price?
No. Pet Clinic Software plan prices exclude 18% GST, so Clinic is ₹1,768.82 a month including GST. Worked example: Clinic ₹1,499 plus 400 WhatsApp reminders at ₹0.13 (₹52) is ₹1,551, plus 18% GST of ₹279.18, so ₹1,830.18 a month. A GST invoice is issued for every subscription payment and wallet top-up, so a GST-registered clinic can claim input tax credit.
What does a three-vet hospital pay in a typical month?
Worked example: the Hospital plan (₹2,999) with four staff logins needs one extra seat (₹499). Add 1,000 WhatsApp reminders and updates at ₹0.13 (₹130): subtotal ₹3,628, plus 18% GST of ₹653.04, total ₹4,281.04. A seat is one staff login, whether vet, receptionist or pharmacist.
