Why combine grooming with the clinic record?
Grooming is where skin problems, ear infections, ticks and lumps are often noticed first. When the groomer and the vet share one record, a note like "hot spot on left flank" reaches the vet, the owner gets one bill, and the vaccine status is visible before the pet meets others. vetPMS lists grooming and Digitail lists a boarding calendar; based on public information as of October 2026; check with the vendor.

Which plan includes grooming and boarding?
The grooming calendar works on every plan; boarding is part of the Hospital module on the Hospital (₹2,999 a month) and Chain plans. Most clinics with both choose Hospital.
Can grooming be booked online?
Owners see upcoming grooming in their portal; grooming appointments are booked by reception today, because groomer time depends on coat and size. Clinic visits can be booked online.
What GST rate applies to grooming?
Set the rate and SAC code per service with your CA; 18% is common for grooming. Each bill shows CGST and SGST.
