Mobile vet or farm vet?
Home visits for pets use the same appointment book as the clinic. Dairy and farm rounds with herds, ear tags and breeding dates use the separate Farm-vet module on the Chain plan. Digitail sells a Mobile plan and Shepherd a Mobile/Hybrid offering; based on public information as of October 2026; check with the vendor. See plans.
Frequently asked questions
Does it work offline?
Not yet. Pet Clinic Software runs in the phone browser and needs mobile data; offline recording is planned. In low-signal areas, note findings and enter them when back in coverage.
Can I charge a travel fee?
Yes. Set a default home-visit fee in Online settings, override it per visit, and bill it with the consult on one GST invoice.
Which plan suits a solo mobile vet?
The Clinic plan at ₹1,499 a month (one staff login) includes home visits, video consults, the portal, online booking and the AI scribe beta.
